Furnished tiny homes available for rent for 6 months with lease and security deposit starting July 1. Pet-friendly with pet damage deposit. 400 sq ft 2 bedroom/1 bath tiny home includes a queen size bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other. All furnishings, linens, kitchen set up, appliances and utilities included. Laundry may be included but is undetermined at present. Offer is for 6 months maximum and tenant would agree to depart the unit at 6 months; it is possible the tenant could shift to another tiny home at the end of the lease but not guaranteed. This unit is not available for smoking or vaping tenants.
