6754 Cranberry Street Mountain View Apartments Unit 7:  Level entry from sidewalk with covered deck out the back, renovated 700 sq ft 2 bedroom/1 bath (tub/shower) suite for rent in Cranberry available June 15th or possibly before. $1375 per month plus utilities.  All units in this building have their own hydro meter and hot water tank; tenant would put the hydro for their unit in their name.

Updated suite with new flooring throughout, updated kitchen, new bathroom, and covered deck. Stove, microwave, and fridge included. This unit has a HEAT PUMP, which means it is significantly less hydro costs AND it has AIR CONDITIONING.  This is a two-bedroom unit; please note the second bedroom is small with a LARGE closet (under the main stairs) this is a feature unique to this unit only and is large enough for a twin size bed (very Harry Potter-esque).  

Rent includes garbage, laundry on site (free, shared) and parking for one insured and operating automobile or pick-up.  Unit has its own hydro meter and hot water tank – all utilities are directly billed to the tenant.  Noise shielding includes:  outside wall on front, 4 foot crawl space above, 1 foot floor joists below, common wall with units beside.  No smoking in units at any time. Laundry and mail are upstairs in common area. Unit is pet-friendly but for dog(s); there is a limit of 4 total beings in this unit including adults, kids, and pets. Sorry we cannot accommodate cats in this building.

This unit is for NON-SMOKING TENANTS ONLY.  Smokers or vaper-users will not be considered for this unit.  Long term tenants ONLY - 1 year lease preferred.
